Design restaurant Breeze
For a sumptuous breakfast, delicious lunch or tasty dinner overlooking the verdant volcano the Quill and the Caribbean Sea, come to our atmospheric designer restaurant Breeze. Our restaurant Breeze, named after the cooling breeze on our terrace, is a fine dining restaurant, led by our experienced chef Iwan Hokahin, who himself lived on St. Eustatius for many years. The restaurant is constructed of high quality sustainable materials.
Bar and terrace
In the center of the restaurant you will find the bar surrounded by many tables overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This forms the social center of the resort during the evening hours. Around the restaurant there is a spacious terrace with shading umbrellas. From the terrace you look out over the gardens with tropical plants that have been brought to St. Eustatius from all over the world. Furthermore, you have a view over the botanical gardens to the translucent waters of the Caribbean Sea.
We try to source as many products as possible on our own island, in keeping with our goal of being sustainable and socially relevant to the people of St. Eustatius. The residual waste from our restaurant goes directly to the cattle of the farmers on our island.
Currently, our chef is putting together an additional vegan menu. Once this menu is ready, we will of course add it to our menu.
